Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking an experienced consultant to drive large-scale transformation programs in Singapore. You will lead multiple workstreams, assess operating models and governance, and design target states while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting, strong facilitation, and the ability to communicate in English and Japanese with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a consulting firm.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, Fit-Gap assessments, and target-state design.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder interviews.
• Experience with PMO, program management, and multi-workstream delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese for liaising with stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive presentations and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and transformation workstreams across large-scale programs.
• Assess operating models, processes, governance, and technology landscapes.
• Design target operating models and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage issues.
• Develop deliverables including requirements, process maps, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for program delivery.
• Support testing, change management, and stabilization activities.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
