Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs to meet sales force needs.
• Develop and deliver E-Learning modules to support business objectives.
• Manage all levels of distribution training, including inductions and product training.
• Measure training KPIs and monitor effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry requirements and revise materials accordingly.
