Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks an analytical Senior Manager to lead Total Rewards, Organization Design & Job Evaluation, translating strategic transformation plans into robust structures, roles, and pay models. You will drive compensation and benefits alignment, job redesign, and clear progression paths.

You will collaborate with HR and divisional stakeholders to review job sizes, salary frameworks, and career progression, using data analytics and BI tools to inform equitable rewards

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and data analytics skills.
• Experience with salary datasets and financial models.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex analytical projects end to end.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
