We are seeking an analytical and experienced professional to join our Human Resource team as a Senior Manager / Total Rewards, Organization Design & Job Evaluation. Operating as a strong, specialized individual contributor, you will play a critical role in translating strategic organizational transformation plans into sustainable structural, role, and reward models. This role is vital in ensuring that our organization's structures, job grades, and salary frameworks are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our future capability requirements.
Working closely with our HR team and divisional stakeholders, you will lead and deliver on key strategic initiatives in the following areas: Compensation & Benefits Alignment – Evaluate job sizes, salary structures, and reward implications for redesigned roles, ensuring that overall compensation packages remain competitive and equitable within public service guidelines. Total Rewards Communication and Engagement – Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to articulate the organization’s total rewards philosophy, benefits frameworks, and job-grading systems. You will lead engagement sessions with staff and divisional heads to explain grading pathways, salary structures, and benefit adjustments, translating complex HR policies into transparent, trust-building communications that manage expectations during structural transitions.
Strong track record of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, job evaluation, or organization structure design. Strong numeracy, quantitative analysis, and data analytics skills, with a proven ability to work comfortably with salary datasets, cost norms, and financial models. Demonstrated capability as a strong, self-directed individual contributor who can operate with a high level of independence and manage complex analytical projects from end to end. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent business intelligence platforms) to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse viewpoints and articulate total rewards proposals persuasively to staff and senior leadership.
