Job summary

Our client in Singapore is seeking a Tier 3 Network Engineer to join their Enterprise Infrastructure Division. You will act as the highest technical escalation point, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior engineers while driving documentation and best practices.

The role covers routing, switching, security, wireless, and data center environments with exposure to cloud networking concepts. Candidates should be self-motivated, communicative, and able to work independently on customer-site

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise network support experience, with at least 3 years in a Tier 3 or senior network engineering role.
Strong experience supporting LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center, and Network Security technologies.
Experience implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and break-fix activities.
Basic knowledge of cloud networking concepts and platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 technical support for customers' enterprise network infrastructure and act as final escalation point.
Coordinate with vendors during critical incidents and product defects; drive TAC cases to resolution.
Plan, develop, and deliver technical training sessions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers.
Develop and maintain SOPs, KB articles, and troubleshooting guides; document best practices.
