Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure performance, security, and reliability while mentoring junior team members.

You will design scalable architectures, configure BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, implement security controls, and collaborate with cloud teams (AWS/Azure/GCP) to bridge on‑prem and cloud networks. Documentation and mentoring are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Advanced TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with enterprise routing and switching.
• Strong security and VPN knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network architectures for growth.
• Configure routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP) across segments.
• Implement security: firewalls, VPNs, access policies.
• Monitor performance with standard tools and analyze for optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues; document solutions for reference.
• Collaborate to integrate cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) with on‑prem.
• Maintain network docs and configuration management.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff.
• Conduct regular assessments; improve efficiency and security.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices.
