ST ENGINEERING INFO-SECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Tier 3 Principal Engineer to provide advanced technical support for enterprise networks, drive high service availability, and mentor Tier 1/2 engineers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on enterprise network support experience, with at least 3 years in Tier 3 or senior role.
Strong experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center and Network Security technologies.
Proven implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and break-fix skills.
Basic knowledge of cloud networking concepts and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 technical support for customers' enterprise network infrastructure.
Act as final escalation point for complex incidents beyond Tier 1/2.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root cause analysis.
Open, manage, and drive TAC cases with principal vendors until resolution.
Coordinate with vendors during critical incidents and product defects.
Develop training materials and mentor Tier 1/2 engineers.
