Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a senior network engineer to design and deploy complex network and security solutions for clients. You will configure routers, switches, wireless gear, load balancers, and data center devices, and drive mid to mega-sized projects.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, collaborate with PM and Ops teams, and produce LL Design, TDS, As-built, UAT and SAT documents for project closure.

Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years of experience in network design and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with routing, switching and data-center technologies.
• CCNP qualification with related professional experience; CCIE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing network and security solutions for clients, including configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers and other devices.
• Troubleshooting network and security issues during deployment, diagnosing connectivity and configuration problems.
• Client management: build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, ensure client needs are met.
• Collaborate with project managers and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of network services.
• Create technical documentation such as Low-Level Design, TDS, As-built, UAT and SAT; sign off documents with clients.
• Knowledge transfer: hand over projects to clients and internal operations teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship through knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
