Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Tier 3 Network Engineer for the Competency Specialist Office in Singapore. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex network issues, and maintain enterprise infrastructure for customers.

You will also design and deliver technical training, mentor Tier 1/2 engineers, and create knowledge base content and SOPs to elevate team competency. The role requires strong expertise across enterprise networking, security, wireless, and data

Qualifications

• Proficient in enterprise networking, security, wireless and data centre technologies.
• Strong problem diagnosis and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience in vendor escalation and incident resolution in large environments.
• Ability to design training materials and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for customers' enterprise network infrastructure.
• Serve as final escalation point for complex incidents beyond Tier 1/2.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation and root-cause analysis.
• Open and manage TAC cases with principal vendors until resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors during critical incidents and product defects.
