Job summary

stmicroelectronics pte ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced EWS/FT test professional to lead as an interface for OSATs across South-East Asia. You will drive new product introductions, support NPI requirements, and champion yield improvements to ensure robust test processes.

The role requires a solid background in semiconductor test manufacturing with at least 5 years of EWS/FT experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate

Qualifications

• Requires Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Understanding of test process & equipment operation.
• Good problem-solving skillset.
• Good written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia.
• Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfil NPI requirement.
• Drive yield improvement activities.
• Drive test firewall in OSATs.
• Execute test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware).
• Implement best practices and process across OSATs.
