Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced engineer to act as the EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia. You will coordinate test activities, support new product introductions, and drive improvements in yield and test capacity.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree and at least five years in semiconductor test manufacturing, with solid understanding of test processes and equipment, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Understanding of test process & equipment operation.
• Good problem-solving skillset.
• Good written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia.
• Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfil NPI requirement.
• Drive yield improvement activities.
• Drive test firewall in OSATs.
• Execute test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware).
• Implement best practices and process across OSATs.
