Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced test operations professional to act as the EWS/FT interface across Southeast Asia OSATs. You will drive new product introductions, support yield improvements, and manage test capacity expansions with tester and hardware enhancements.

The role requires a strong engineering background in electrical/electronic testing, at least five years in semiconductor test manufacturing, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Solid understanding of test processes and equipment operation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across Southeast Asia.
• Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfill NPI requirements.
• Lead yield improvement activities.
• Manage test firewall in OSATs.
• Execute test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware).
• Implement best practices and processes across OSATs.
