Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia. You will drive new product introductions and ensure NPIs are fulfilled, while leading yield improvements and capacity expansions across tester hardware and OSATs.

The ideal candidate has a relevant Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree and at least 5 years in semiconductor test manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Understanding of test process & equipment operation.
• Good problem-solving skillset.
• Good written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia.
• Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfil NPI requirement.
• Drive yield improvement activities.
• Drive test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware).
• Implement best practices and process across OSATs.
