Job summary

STMICROELECTRONICS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to act as the EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia. You will drive EWS/FT new product introduction, fulfill NPI requirements, and lead yield improvement initiatives.

You will also implement test firewall across OSATs and execute capacity expansions for testers, handlers, and hardware while promoting best practices and consistent processes throughout the OSAT network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Understanding of test process & equipment operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
