Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Understanding of test process and equipment operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs in South-East Asia.
• Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfill NPI requirements.
• Lead yield improvement activities.
• Implement test firewall in OSATs.
• Expand test capacity (tester/handler/hardware) and propagate best practices across OSATs.
