Job summary

TALENT XPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior L1/L2 Support Engineer to join the TechOps team and provide operational support for cloud-hosted applications and e-commerce platforms, primarily on AWS.

You will serve as the primary contact for production incidents, service requests, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and high availability in a 24x7 environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting, cloud operations knowledge, and collaboration with developers,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, TechOps, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and operational support.
Experience supporting digital platforms, e-commerce systems, and customer-facing apps.
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Experience in 24x7 on-call environments.

Responsibilities

Act as primary L1/L2 support contact for digital platforms, e-commerce systems, websites, and customer-facing systems.
Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution activities.
Monitor incident queues, service requests, alerts, and support tickets, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Perform impact assessments and coordinate with relevant stakeholders during service disruptions.
Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge bases.
Monitor application, infrastructure, and service health using observability tools; analyse performance and capacity.
Configure and tune alerts to reduce noise and improve visibility.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and resilience.
Provide operational support for cloud-hosted apps and infrastructure, primarily AWS; troubleshoot compute, networking, storage, CDN, and delivery issues.
Troubleshoot applications across web, mobile, APIs, and middleware; analyze logs to identify root causes; support integrations with external systems.
Identify recurring incidents and drive automation to reduce manual work; contribute to improvement initiatives.
