Job summary

VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Senior L1/L2 Support Engineer to join their Technical Operations team in Singapore.

The role focuses on providing operational and technical support for digital platforms and customer-facing systems, with emphasis on incident management, monitoring, and AWS cloud environments. You will handle production incidents, service requests, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution, high availability, and collaboration with development, infrastructure,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Application/Production/Technical Support or IT Operations.
Strong troubleshooting for production apps and customer-facing systems.
Hands-on AWS cloud services experience.
Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.).
Experience with log analysis tools (Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana, CloudWatch).
Familiar with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Ability to work in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical and application support for digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
Monitor production incidents, service requests, alerts, and support tickets.
Triage incidents, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve within SLAs.
Coordinate with engineering, infra, vendors, and stakeholders on issues and updates.
Develop and maintain runbooks and knowledge base documentation.
Improve monitoring, incident reduction, and service availability.
