Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Support Engineer in Singapore to join the core development team. You will provide L1-L3 support and ensure reliability, stability, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure, collaborating with developers, product managers, and user support.

You will monitor system performance, resolve incidents, implement improvements, and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and service records, with a focus on uptime and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer.
• Experience with change management and incident management workflows.
• Knowledge of security and access controls for test and production environments.
• Full-stack monitoring using APM tools; familiarity with cloud monitoring (e.g., CloudWatch).
• Automation experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience in AWS ecosystem and AI application development is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to setup AWS Quick environment to support AI use cases.
• Manage application and security incidents, resolve issues and meet SLA with reporting to higher management.
• Develop operations and processes guide to ensure operations are documented and compliant with audits.
• Manage day-to-day operation activities, analyze statistics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead operations team including staff and vendors with 24/7 support.
