Job summary
Astek in Singapore is seeking a Senior Information Technology Operations professional to lead production support for websites and digital platforms.
You will monitor AWS infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with regional teams across India, China and Vietnam, and participate in a 24/7 incident management model.
The role requires strong Java background, hands-on cloud experience, and a proactive approach to incident containment and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in TechOps, Application Support, Production Support or similar roles.
- Hands-on AWS Cloud experience.
- Experience supporting websites, digital platforms or customer-facing portals.
- Good knowledge of Java-based applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of servers, CDN, application performance and system monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Manage TechOps and production support for websites, digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, servers, CDN and applications.
- Support Java-based applications and collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
- Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and drive issues through to closure.
- Work with regional technology teams across India, China and Vietnam.
- Participate in a 24/7 incident management and support model.
