Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to join our hybrid Central team. You will monitor production and non‑production environments, work with cross‑functional teams, and optimize cloud operations across AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will manage incidents, develop runbooks, and ensure security controls and SLA adherence while enabling automation for ongoing efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Operations, Production Support or Cloud Operations.
Familiarity with incident, problem and change management processes.
Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and basic security best practices.
Experience with automation tools and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse production and non-production environments for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with application teams, architects, security and vendors on improvements.
Support AWS environments for AI-related use cases and ensure SLA compliance.
Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
Develop runbooks and documentation for audit and governance needs.
Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Enforce security controls, including privileged access management.
Implement full-stack monitoring across apps and infra with cloud-native tools.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce downtime and errors.
Support 24/7 operations with internal teams and external vendors.
