You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional projects, ensure security and performance, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while upholding cybersecurity and data protection commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or senior programming role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and company policies.
