Job summary

KERRY CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Technology Manager to lead security and automation initiatives across large-scale programs in Singapore. You will shape architecture, governance, and delivery, partnering with customers and partners to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will drive technology roadmaps, review designs, mentor engineers, and engage in pre-sales to translate business needs into robust technical outcomes in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field.
• Extensive experience in security systems, automation, or large-scale systems integration.
• Proven technical leadership across multidisciplinary programs.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Experience with security-by-design, IT/OT, cloud/data platforms, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Define technology roadmaps and end-to-end solution architectures with governance.
• Lead technical design reviews for strategic projects and tenders; oversee critical deliveries.
• Provide direction on technical risks and escalations; ensure performance and resilience.
• Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineers; strengthen capability and standardization.
• Engage in pre-sales and customer engagements; present technical recommendations to senior stakeholders.
