Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior IT Project/Program Manager to oversee CRM next-generation platform initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams and align technology with business goals in a regulated financial services setting.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage complex programs, and mentor delivery teams while partnering with stakeholders to ensure success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of IT project management/program management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within financial services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products and regulatory environments.
• Expertise in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and relevant tools.
• PMP, Prince2, or other PM certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects and programs from initiation to deployment and post-implementation review.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Oversee multiple project teams; provide guidance, mentorship and drive high performance.
• Engage with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; implement contingency plans for project success.
• Establish and maintain project governance; ensure adherence to methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report project progress, performance metrics and financial health to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and solution development.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers for effective delivery.
