Job summary

SC Global Developments Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technician to support the daily operation and maintenance of its premium buildings.

You will oversee mechanical and electrical facilities and contribute to the maintenance management of the property in upscale settings. You will supervise contractors, assist with preventive maintenance, handle residents' or tenants’ queries, and perform hands-on minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Nitec in Mechanical and Electrical Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in facilities and property management.
• Have a friendly and pleasant personality and possess good customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the day-to-day operation and maintenance of buildings, mechanical and electrical facilities and all matters related to the maintenance management of the property.
• Recommend and suggest preventive maintenance or repairs to minimize emergency breakdown of services.
• Experience in trouble-shooting M&E equipment and facilities in high-end residential and commercial developments.
• Must be wiling to be hands-on to carry out minor repairs and replacement works to ensure that the property is well managed and maintained.
• Supervise the contractors, sub-contractors, specialist to ensure that works are carried out according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Attend to complaints, calls and queries from residents or tenants on operational related matters and maintain good relations with them.
