Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Technician to maintain its building, ensuring that heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are working efficiently. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance, routine checks, and reporting security issues.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance. This permanent position is based in Pioneer, Singapore, and follows a 5.5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance works.
• Able to carry out general repair and maintenance tasks independently.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.00pm; Sat: 8.00am -12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and ensure heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are functioning properly.
• Carry out general maintenance works such as painting, wall patching, plumbing repairs, air-conditioning servicing, and maintenance of electrical switches and fixtures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
• Inspect and monitor building machinery and equipment regularly.
• Report any security or asset-related issues observed.
• Follow emergency response procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Support evacuation procedures during emergencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
