Keppel Seghers Engineering Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Shift Operator to support plant operations and maintain 100% availability in a 24-hour dispatch of treated water, in compliance with WPA and O&M procedures.

The role emphasizes strict safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards, with duties including monitoring chemical usage, reporting abnormalities, and promptly implementing rectification plans while collaborating with the supervisor and team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of water treatment or process plant operations experience.
• Troubleshooting skills; familiar with water treatment equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and resolve site problems.
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Shift Engineer to operate the plant to achieve 100% availability with 24hrs continuous dispatch of Treated Water complying with WPA and O&M procedure meeting dispatch quantity , quality and energy target.
• Perform O&M in strict compliance with Safety , Environment pollution control and Housekeeping.
• Report and record any Operations abnormalities to the Supervisor / Head of department and carry out rectification plan promptly to restore both dispatch water quality and quantity.
• Monitor daily chemical consumption.
• Comply with environment , health and safety regulation for all works carried out in the plant.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate Supervisor / Head of department from time to time

Support Shift Engineer to Operate the Plant to achieve 100% availability with 24hrs continuous dispatch of Treated Water complying with WPA and O&M procedure meeting dispatch quantity , quality and energy target Perform O&M work in strict compliance with Safety , Environment pollution control and Housekeeping Report and record any Operations abnormalities to the Supervisor and carry out rectification plan promptly to restore both dispatch water quality and quantity Monitor daily chemical consumption Comply with environment , health and safety regulation for all works carried out in the plant Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate Supervisor / Head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of related water treatment or process plant experience in operations
• Able to perform trouble shooting skills & familiar with water treatment plant equipment
• Able to multi-task and innovative to resolve problems at site
• Able to perform overtime and shift work if required
• Knowledge of Lab Operations Process and/or Possession of Forklift License preferred
