Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Operator to support the shift engineer in running a water treatment plant in Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining 24/7 dispatch of treated water and ensuring quality by adhering to WPA and O&M procedures.

You will help monitor consumption, follow safety rules, and execute corrective actions as needed. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of related plant operations experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

2+ years of water treatment or process plant operations experience.
Able to troubleshoot and familiar with plant equipment.
Willing to perform overtime and shift work.
Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Shift Engineer to operate the plant to achieve 100% availability with 24-hour dispatch of treated water.
Perform operations and maintenance work in accordance with safety, environment, and housekeeping standards.
Report and record any operations abnormalities to the Supervisor and implement rectification plans to restore water quality and quantity.
Monitor daily chemical consumption.
Comply with environment, health and safety regulations for all works at the plant.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Department.
