Job summary

Dentsply Sirona Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to act as the local expert in the Technical Service team.

You will provide hands-on installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment while guiding engineers and coordinating with regional teams to ensure service quality. The role requires strong technical leadership, customer-facing skills, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities spanning training, process improvement,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 6–8 years of equipment service, field service, after‑sales technical support, or medical device experience.
Experience with dental/medical devices and cross‑functional collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Singapore Technical Service team to ensure effective daily service delivery and technical standards.
Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment as required.
Provide technical guidance, customer handling, and escalation for complex issues.
Develop training and knowledge sharing to grow team capability.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
