Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in Singapore seeks a Sr. Technical Engineer to lead local technical service, installation, maintenance, and support, ensuring high standards and compliance.

You will mentor engineers, manage field service, and optimize customer satisfaction through timely, professional solutions. The role requires strong hands-on engineering capability, excellent English communication, and ability to coordinate with regional teams, dealers, and customers while upholding safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline relevant to biomedical engineering or medical devices.
• Minimum 6–8 years in equipment service, field service, or after-sales technical support.
• Experience with dealers, customers and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service management and ensure professional customer handling.
• Plan, coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex cases.
• Ensure accurate service documentation, spare parts requests, and compliance with safety standards.
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and capability development within the SG team.
