Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead Team CTO Strategy Implementation, based at our Singapore HQ. You will drive transformation projects, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery across functions.

You should have background in management consulting or engineering-led teams, an engineering degree, PMI/APM qualifications preferred, and a track record of managing complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consultancies or product/engineering-led organisations.
• Demonstrate problem identification and resolution with an analytical and structured approach.
• APM/PMI qualification preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to build and sustain networks across stakeholders.
• Be a self-starter and self-learner.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team CTO Strategy Implementation to achieve stability, effectiveness, and growth.
• Identify and lead transformation and improvement projects across all functions within Team CTO and in collaboration with other Dyson functions.
• Identify leads and contributors within Team CTO to deliver the projects,
• Ensure enduring alignment and cohesion of the projects both with senior stakeholders and project contributors.
• Maintain a clear narrative on progress, risks, and opportunities of the Strategy Implementation Programme.
• Support the team in running regular cadence across the business which includes CTO Leadership meetings, CTO Management Team meetings, CTO All Hands meetings, and various RI&O forums.
