Qualifications

• 10+ years in HW/SW product development in IoT/Consumer Electronics/Automotive.
• Experience with global teams and fast-paced matrix orgs.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum programs and large-scale engineering delivery.
• Proven governance, QA processes, engineering excellence initiatives.
• Proven dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, lifecycle tools.
• Strong quality engineering and CI/CD environments.
• Bridge engineering, quality, tooling, and delivery functions.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy software/hardware excellence practices for data-driven decisions.
• Lead KPI reporting and project health dashboards.
• Champion product development processes and delivery discipline.
• Lead complex projects within SWHW&PS domain.
• Be primary contact for stakeholders across project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Tools/engineering teams to align dashboards and tools.
• Govern resource allocation, quality, delivery and financial governance.
• Develop and maintain Level 0-2 project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior PMs.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Capture lessons learned to improve execution.
