Job summary

ADEMCO (FAR EAST) PTE LTD is seeking a service technician to execute service and maintenance workflows for security systems at client premises. You will liaise with client representatives, mentor a service team, and assist in deploying teams for service deliveries.

You will ensure timely troubleshoot and maintenance, uphold Workplace Safety and Health standards, and deliver customer satisfaction aligned with each client's business objectives.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, IDS and CCTV.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assist the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Support supervisor to ensure timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction based on each client's business objectives.
• Ensure works carried out comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.


• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.


• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.


• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
