Job summary

EXASOFT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to plan and oversee technical deliverables, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and manage risks across global projects.

You will collaborate with System Analysts, Architects and Development Leads to ensure secure, scalable Java-based solutions and effective testing cycles (SIT/UAT), while maintaining quality and governance. Qualifications

• Must have Java architecture experience in large IT projects.
• Experience leading IT delivery teams in multinational settings is preferred.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot and microservices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan technical deliverables and upgrades to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate across application teams for dependencies and risk management.
• Provide status updates on technical delivery and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects and leads to ensure secure, compliant designs.
• Lead SIT/UAT and performance testing coordination with quality results.
