SAKSOFT LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience in enterprise Java delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver microservices and data modelling, driving architecture decisions from concept to production.

The role requires hands-on coding across Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Camel, JBoss, Tomcat, MQ, JMS and web services, with strong stakeholder management and Agile leadership in a global delivery setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise Java delivery and leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes across business and tech teams.
• Experience with banking/credit card platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Technical Delivery Manager delivering Enterprise Web API and Microservices from concept to production.
• Lead technical design discussions and clarify development work.
• Drive Agile practices and lead squads in a globally distributed development environment.
• Interface with senior stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize architecture for cost efficiency.
