Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in IT, incl. banking/financial services.
• 8+ years in technical project management for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong Unix Shell, Oracle, and Java experience.
• Background in system architecture, software design, and UI/UX.
• Experience delivering end-to-end system implementations and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; multi-priority management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.
• Proactive, self-driven, cross-functional team worker.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for KYC and AI-related system implementations.
• Drive pre-project planning: solution architecture, specs, design, planning, estimation.
• Design scalable technical solutions aligned with business requirements and timelines.
• Communicate complex designs to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate across application teams to ensure smooth production deployment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including designs and implementation docs.
• Support RCA, code reviews, unit testing, and production support.
• Partner with testing teams for SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing.
• Prepare test scenarios and data with business users for UAT/mock runs.
