Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Technology Delivery Manager to lead IT projects, align them with strategic objectives, and manage stakeholders across banking and treasury domains. The role requires strong delivery discipline, excellent communication, and experience with complex programs.

You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensure resource adequacy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven IT project management experience in banking and treasury products.
PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder and Communications Management: manage planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budgets, risks and issues.
Process and Delivery Execution: manage a portfolio of complex initiatives and full project lifecycle ownership.
Ensure projects align to strategic objectives and deliver detailed project plans.
Assign resources, chair PM meetings, monitor interdependencies and scope changes.
Perform quality control and resolve issues, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
