Job summary

You will translate roadmaps into user stories, groom backlogs, and oversee testing timelines to ensure timely delivery. A strong background in SDLC, APIs, databases, and agile methods is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering products.
• Good understanding of backend systems, databases, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating business documents (business cases, requirements specifications, user stories).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech squads and business stakeholders to define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Translate the product roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment across the delivery team.
• Groom and prioritize the backlog of work for the delivery team, optimizing for value and alignment with customer and business needs.
• Manage and monitor testing execution and timelines, ensuring the satisfactory delivery of product backlogs.
