Qualifications

Hands-on experience coordinating between business and IT teams and as primary functional support for development teams.
Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.
Good project management skills.
Experience in writing test documents and performing functional tests.
Risk awareness and ability to evaluate risks and drawbacks of target solutions.
Identify enhancements to improve business processes and mitigate risks.
Proficiency in SQL queries (complex queries).
Proficiency in flow diagram definition and design.
Ability to prepare a dataset for analysis and validation purposes.
UI/UX experience.
Proficiency in mock-up definition with Figma.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools and JIRA.
Banking sector domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between business and IT teams to ensure clear requirements and solutions.

Contribute to SDLC and software testing lifecycles.
Assist in project management and tracking progress.
Write and execute test documents and conduct functional tests.
Assess risks and propose mitigations for target solutions.

Analyze data and prepare datasets for validation.
Create UI/UX mock-ups and diagrams to support development.
Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Office to manage tasks and communications.
