Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with technology squads, business stakeholders, and product teams to define, refine, and deliver impactful products.

You will translate the product roadmap into user stories, groom the backlog, and oversee testing timelines to ensure timely delivery of backlog items. A solid background in SDLC, APIs and agile practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a track record of delivering products.
• Good understanding of backend systems, databases, APIs and SDLC.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot across multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience creating business docs.
• Exceptional collaboration skills to work with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech squads and stakeholders to define and communicate product vision, goals and roadmap.
• Translate roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria for the delivery team.
• Groom and prioritise the backlog to maximise value and alignment with customer and business needs.
• Manage and monitor testing execution and timelines to ensure timely delivery of backlogs.
