Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and translate them into functional specs and user stories. You will bridge business and tech teams and support solution design through full SDLC and Agile rituals.

Responsibilities include drafting BRD/FRS, planning UAT, and driving process improvements for measurable value, with emphasis on banking domain knowledge and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and SDLC.
• Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand business processes and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Support solution design by working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.).
• Create and maintain BRD, FRS, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and process maps.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
• Support change management and release activities, including documentation and communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
