Job summary

You will translate the product roadmap into user stories, groom the backlog, and oversee testing timelines to ensure timely delivery of backlog items. A solid background in SDLC, APIs and agile practices is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech squads and business stakeholders to define, refine and communicate product vision, goals and roadmap.
• Translate the product roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment across the delivery team.
• Groom and prioritise the backlog of work for the delivery team, optimising for value and alignment with customer and business needs.
• Manage and monitor testing execution and timelines, ensuring the satisfactory delivery of product backlogs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products.
• Good understanding of backend systems, databases, APIs and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating various business documents (business cases, requirements specifications, user stories).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
