Job summary

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects in Supply Chain Financing. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution, manage budgets, timelines and risks, and drive seamless integration with client systems.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with PMP/PRINCE II as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Proven experience managing IT projects in financial institutions.
• PM/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum is desirable.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects in Supply Chain Financing.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations and external vendors.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources across initiatives.
• Ensure integration of SCF platforms with client systems and internal infra.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and cybersecurity standards.
• Drive automation, scalability, and process improvements.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status and impact.
