Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience leading large-scale technology programmes.
• Experience delivering loyalty, rewards, customer engagement or data platform programmes.
• Experience with migration of large customer and transactional datasets.
• Experience with migration and platform consolidation in loyalty/rewards projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, governance structures and success criteria.
• Manage migrations of loyalty points, data, interfaces and downstream systems.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, technology, operations, data, risk and external vendors.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums and executive-level presentations.
