360F (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced delivery leader to own end-to-end technology programme delivery, driving scope, schedule, and resourcing with strong governance. You will coordinate engineering, solutions, product, and commercial teams while managing regulatory risks and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires 12–20 years of project leadership in financial services or enterprise software, with a proven ability to navigate complex multi-party environments.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience managing technology projects and programmes, ideally within financial services, insurance, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects end to end — platform implementations, integrations, or product builds.
• Deep command of project planning and control — scheduling, dependency management, baselining, change control, and status reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences, up to steering-committee and sponsor level.
• Demonstrated risk-management discipline — you identify, quantify, and mitigate risk proactively, with judged prioritisation.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments and navigating client governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Fluency across delivery methodologies — Agile, waterfall, and hybrid — with pragmatic application as needed.
• Executive credibility to challenge estimates and align engineering with programme needs.
• Certifications valued, though track record matters more.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan for technology programmes — scope, schedule, dependencies, milestones, and resourcing.
• Establish and run the project controls: baselines, change control, status reporting, and governance cadences.
• Track progress against plan rigorously, surfacing variance early and driving corrective action.
• Manage stakeholders across the client organisation — programme offices, IT, business, and vendors.
• Coordinate internal 360F teams — engineering, solutions, product, and commercial.
• Communicate clearly at every level, from engineers in stand-ups to steering committees.
• Own the risk and issue framework: identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and escalation.
• Anticipate failure modes specific to financial-services delivery — integration, data quality, regulatory sign-off.
• Drive issue resolution to closure, keeping accountability clear under pressure.
• Manage scope and change disciplined against the commercial agreement.
• Maintain delivery documentation, RAID logs, and reporting to audit-ready standards.
• Ensure quality gates, testing, and acceptance criteria are met before done.
• Lead delivery teams without owning them on the org chart — with clarity, credibility, momentum.
• Partner with commercial and solutions leads to keep delivery aligned to contract and client relationship.
• Set a delivery culture grounded in rigor, honesty, and follow-through.
