Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for Pricing & Core Platform (GLAS & PLAS & Assurance). The role sits in Technology and requires leading backlog prioritization, delivering outcomes, and engaging with stakeholders to modernize and stabilize critical systems.

You will own the product backlog, define epics and stories, and work with architecture, engineering, QA, operations, and vendors to deliver changes.

Qualifications

7-10 years in product ownership or related IT roles with at least 3 years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile delivery.
Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the backlog for a complex application domain or multiple related systems. Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with business users to clarify requirements and translate into technology outcomes. Work with architecture, engineering, QA, operations and vendors to deliver changes.
Manage dependencies and risks across stakeholders and teams. Track delivery progress and business outcomes.
Support incident analysis, production issue triage, and root cause discussions where domain knowledge is required.
Coach junior Tech Product Owners and support knowledge transfer within the team.
