Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore seeks a Senior Product Leader to shape and own the product roadmap for our platform, collaborating with business leaders and technology partners to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and business analysts, ensuring clear purpose, strong execution and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience in software/product delivery
• At least 3 years delivering software products
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and IT
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and roadmap of the product in partnership with business and technology partners
• Deliver platform roadmap and realize business benefits
• Manage a team of software engineers and business analysts
• Ensure clarity of purpose and alignment with strategy
