Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a Market Architect, Technology-Engineering for SG & HK to define and lead the technology strategy and architecture roadmap across Singapore and Hong Kong. The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and external vendors to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of engineering, programming, or architecture experience with at least 10 years in applications development in a complex environment.
• Strong backend/frontend programming experience (Java 8+; Spring Boot; Angular/React).
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, IaC, and microservices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead technology strategy and architecture roadmap across SG & HK.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and global standards.
• Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders and drive security-first posture.
