Job summary

LIBERTY PTE. LIMITED seeks a Senior Tech Product Owner to own one or more complex application domains, guiding backlog prioritization, delivery outcomes, and stakeholder engagement to ensure modernization, stability, and alignment with business needs.

You will define epics, features, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, operations, and vendors to deliver changes; support release planning and sprint governance; manage dependencies and risks; and coach junior

Qualifications

7–10 years in product ownership or related IT roles.
3+ years in a team lead or leadership position.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile delivery.
Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Experience working with technical teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Own and manage backlog for a complex application domain or multiple related systems.
Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize work based on business value, risk, dependencies, and technical sustainability.
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and modernization.
Partner with business users to clarify requirements and translate them into technology outcomes.
Work with architecture, engineering, QA, operations, and vendors to deliver changes.
Support release planning and sprint governance.
Manage dependencies and risks across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Track delivery progress, business outcomes, and operational impacts.
Support incident analysis, production issue triage, and root cause discussions where domain knowledge is required.
Coach junior Tech Product Owners and support knowledge transfer within the team.
