Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years engineering/architecture experience with at least 10 years of architecture work in complex environments.
• Proficiency in backend/frontend tech (Java 8+; Spring Boot; Angular/React) and cloud/containerization.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong SQL/NoSQL, caching, messaging systems; microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Familiarity with security, regulatory requirements and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to influence, lead stakeholders, and operate in agile, multi-region settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture strategy and roadmaps for Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
• Lead architecture discussions; balance modernization with new capabilities.
• Document current and target-state architecture; present for feedback.
• Ensure alignment to LII APAC standards and Global Architecture review processes.
• Provide guidance across business and technology functions; oversee portfolio backlogs.
• Develop market target state architectures with cost and standard considerations.
• Promote modern patterns: event-driven, observability, zero trust, data privacy.
• Prototype cross-platform solutions, including AI-enabled frameworks.
• Drive security-first posture using enterprise tools and patterns.
• Mentor teams; represent the organization in communities and conferences.
