Qualifications

• 10+ years in Microsoft 365 / Teams architecture
• Experience across Teams Telephony and Viva workloads
• Singapore citizenship mandatory
• Cloud-only and hybrid voice design experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-only and hybrid voice architectures
• Migrate from Skype for Business to Teams Phone
• Configure and manage SBCs, TLS/SRTP, and SIP trunks
• Plan auto attendants, call queues, and voice policies
• Administer Teams Voice and Viva workloads in large tenants
• Security, governance, and RBAC for Teams Voice
